Medicare created the Theraputic Shoe Bill to help prevent foot problems for diabetics. We at Dales Shoes want to assist you with taking advantage of that benefit. We have 3 certified pedorthists on staff to make sure you get the fit you need. If your doctor has diagnosed you as a diabetic, we can help with getting you the proper footwear. Before you come by the store, you may want to have your doctor fill out our statement of certification form. This form needs to be filled out by the doctor that diagnosed your diabetes and needs to be completed before we can fit you in your shoes. You may come by our store and pick up a copy of the form or you can print it yourself by clicking here.
